I just want to happily share with you that we just opened escrow. Our offer for a
La Habra Property was accepted a few days back. Thank you so much for all that I
learned from you're real estate industry. Had it not been for the seminar that I
attended at B. Rich Realty a few months back I wouldn't have been able to afford
the story--4 bedroom house in La Habra. Anyway TRUE to what you informed me- my
credit score spring boarded from 630-715 thus allowing me lee way to get a
conforming loan 30 year fixed on a stated income...Maraming salamat Bing!
