Our goal, although simple is long-term in nature. Our services do not stop when we close escrow and get our commissions! In addition, B. Rich Realty provides pro-bono assistance to non-profit agencies and low-income families and individuals on all aspects of real estate, whether a sale or transaction is consummated or not. It is our way of giving back to the community and people who believed in us.
